The 10 Most Romantic Restaurants in Las Vegas: Luna's 2026 Date-Night Guide

Fountain-view terraces, Michelin-starred tasting menus, a rotating room 800 feet up and a downtown classic that still hands out roses. Where to book date night or an anniversary dinner in Vegas right now.

Luna is a virtual, AI-created host. This guide is researched from restaurant and resort websites, reservation listings and current Las Vegas dining reporting. Hours, menus and prices change, so confirm with the restaurant before you go. Some links may be affiliate links. Disclosure.

Candlelit table for two by a window overlooking the glowing Las Vegas Strip at night, one of the most romantic restaurants in Las Vegas
The right table in Vegas does half the romantic work for you. The other half is timing.

The most romantic restaurants in Las Vegas aren't always the most expensive ones. Some win on the view, like a terrace over the Fountains of Bellagio or a dining room that slowly turns 800 feet above the valley. Some win on the food and the ceremony, like a Michelin-starred tasting menu with a bread cart that deserves its own review. And a few win on pure old-school charm, like the downtown cellar where every woman still gets a long-stemmed rose at the door.

The Vegas dining map has also changed a lot. Picasso at Bellagio is gone and Carbone Riviera now sits on its fountain terrace. Lakeside at Wynn became PISCES. Le Cirque served its last dinner in August 2026. So the date-night lists you'll find from a few years ago are out of date. This guide covers ten places I'd send a couple to today, sorted from big-view splurges to off-Strip gems. For each one you'll get the resort or neighborhood, the hours, the dress code, the best kind of date for it and how to book. If you're still in the "first date" stage, start with my first date ideas in Las Vegas instead. Those are lower-pressure plans.

Luna's quick take
  • Best fountain view: Carbone Riviera at Bellagio, built in the former Picasso space with terraces over the lake.
  • Best classic "Vegas proposal" view: Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas, more than 100 feet above the Strip.
  • Best once-in-a-lifetime splurge: Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand, the only two-Michelin-star restaurant in the 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest selection.
  • Best for a long, slow dinner: Top of the World at The STRAT, which makes one full turn every 80 minutes.
  • Best old-school romance: Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens downtown: roses, tableside salad and flambéed desserts.
  • Best without a reservation: the Mon Ami Gabi patio facing the Bellagio fountains (first come, first served).
  • Best off-Strip: Partage in Chinatown for French tasting menus, Esther's Kitchen in the Arts District for pasta and wine.

How Luna Picked the Most Romantic Restaurants in Vegas

"Romantic" means different things to different couples, so I didn't rank these on price. Each restaurant was judged on five things that decide whether date night feels special or just expensive:

  • The setting. A view, a beautiful room or an intimate space where you can actually hear each other.
  • The ceremony. Tableside service, a tasting menu that tells a story, or rituals that make the night feel like an occasion.
  • The food. Michelin stars, Forbes stars and Bib Gourmands helped, but so did consistency on an ordinary Tuesday.
  • Ease. Can you book it? Is there a patio, and can you reserve it? How far is it from where you're staying?
  • Current status. Every restaurant here was checked for 2026 closures and changes. Several famous names didn't make it because they've closed.

Facts come from the restaurants' and resorts' own pages, their reservation listings, the 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest results and current Las Vegas reporting. Sources are at the end. I'll keep updating the list. You can join Luna's List to get the changes by email.

The 10 Most Romantic Restaurants in Las Vegas Right Now

1

Carbone Riviera

Bellagio · Center Strip

When Picasso closed after more than 25 years, the most romantic dining room on the Strip needed a new tenant. Major Food Group, the team behind Carbone, took it over and opened Carbone Riviera in November 2025. The room was redesigned by Martin Brudnizki's studio with gold, clay and sea-blue mosaics, Murano chandeliers and terracotta leather banquettes. The art stayed part of the story too: works by Picasso, Miró and Renoir hang on the walls alongside ceramic pieces from the original restaurant.

The menu is Italian and seafood-forward, with raw seafood flown in daily, whole fish such as Dover sole or branzino cooked over Japanese charcoal or baked in salt crust, and red-sauce pastas like a two-pound lobster arrabbiata. The real reason it's number one for couples is outside: terraces sit right over Lake Bellagio and the fountains, and an onyx-topped bar faces the water. It's open daily from 5 to 11 p.m. Book through Bellagio's website or the Bellagio concierge, and ask for a terrace table when you do. Terrace seating is a request, not a promise.

Eiffel Tower Restaurant

Paris Las Vegas · Center Strip

This is the Vegas date-night classic for a reason. The restaurant sits more than 100 feet above the Strip inside the half-scale Eiffel Tower, and its windows look straight across Las Vegas Boulevard at the Bellagio fountains. Every few minutes after dark, the show goes off right in front of your table. Yelp's 2026 list of the most romantic restaurants in the U.S. ranked it No. 11 in the country, the highest of any Las Vegas restaurant.

The menu is refined French: foie gras torchon, rack of lamb, seafood towers and a Grand Marnier soufflé (soufflés take time, so ask about it when you order). Dinner starts at 5 p.m., and there's a weekend brunch on Friday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. if your couple's trip runs on a later clock. Caesars lists it as formal, so this is the night for the good jacket. Heads up: Paris Las Vegas runs special menus during race weekend, November 19 to 21, 2026, so book early for F1 week.

Joël Robuchon

MGM Grand · South Strip

If you want the single most special meal in the city, this is it. In the 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest selection, Restaurant de Joël Robuchon earned two stars, the only two-star restaurant in the region, and its service team won Michelin's Outstanding Service Award. The dining room is small, plush and calm, the opposite of a casino floor, which is exactly what you want for an anniversary.

Most guests choose the tasting menu. The Las Vegas Sun's listing puts the average tasting-menu check at about $400 per person, before wine, with à la carte dishes from roughly $85 to $235. It's open Sunday to Thursday from 5:30 to 10 p.m. and until 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and the dress code is formal. If that's more than your budget, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon next door (one Michelin star in 2026) serves the same kitchen's precision at a counter where you watch the chefs. It's a fun, more relaxed date.

Restaurant Guy Savoy

Caesars Palace · Center Strip

Guy Savoy's only restaurant outside France turned 20 in 2026, and it keeps collecting honors. In February, Caesars announced its 14th consecutive Forbes Five-Star award, making it one of only four Forbes Five-Star restaurants in Las Vegas. LaListe named it the highest-ranking restaurant in the city, and the 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest awarded it one star. Caesars lists the artichoke and black truffle soup among its signature dishes.

For a proposal or a big anniversary, the Krug Chef's Table is the ultimate Vegas splurge: a 10-course dinner for two to six guests, one seating per night, listed at $1,500 per person before tax, tip and drinks. Most couples will be happier with the regular tasting menus or à la carte in the main room. It's open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, with the last listed booking at 8:45 p.m., and the dress code is business professional. Chef Guy Savoy is scheduled to cook in person from November 18 to 21, 2026, so expect that week to book up.

PISCES Bar & Seafare

Wynn Las Vegas · North Strip

Wynn's longtime lakeside restaurant, Lakeside, closed in 2024, and PISCES opened in the same waterfront space in May 2025 under executive chef Martin Heierling. In May 2026 the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association named it the best seafood restaurant in town. The menu is coastal Mediterranean: chilled oysters, crudo, shellfish platters, whole fish, pasta, paella and prime steaks for the person who doesn't want fish.

The setting is the draw. PISCES sits on the Lake of Dreams, where the waterfall and light shows start at dusk and run through the evening. It's open daily from 5 to 10 p.m., and Wynn asks for "seaside chic" attire. The patio is first come, first served, so arrive early for an outdoor table. If your date is more of a steak person, SW Steakhouse shares the same lake. It's in my best steakhouses in Las Vegas guide.

Top of the World

The STRAT · North end of the Strip

Top of the World is on the 106th floor of The STRAT, more than 800 feet above Las Vegas, and the whole dining room rotates. One full revolution takes 80 minutes, so a relaxed dinner gives you the entire valley: the Strip, downtown, the mountains and the airport runways glittering in the distance. It's a dinner and a sightseeing trip in one booking, and it's the best pick if you want a long, slow evening.

It's open daily from 4 to 11 p.m. and lists formal attire, so dress for the occasion. My tip: book a table about 30 minutes before sunset so you see the city in daylight, at golden hour and lit up at night in a single meal. After dinner, the observation deck and SkyPod are just a few floors away. I cover them in my best views in Las Vegas guide.

Hugo's Cellar

Four Queens · Downtown Las Vegas

Hugo's Cellar is pure old-Vegas romance, tucked below the Four Queens on Fremont Street. Women are greeted with a long-stemmed rose. Every entrée comes with a salad made tableside, a sorbet clears the palate between courses, and desserts are flambéed at your table. The menu is continental steakhouse: Black Angus beef, veal, duck and seafood. Yelp's 2026 romantic restaurants list ranked it No. 15 in the country, ahead of plenty of Strip names.

It's open nightly from 5 to 10 p.m., and the dress code is business casual. Hugo's is the right pick for couples who love tradition, or as a surprise for someone who thinks they've "done" Vegas. Make a night of it: dinner, a walk under the Fremont Street canopy and a nightcap at one of the downtown cocktail bars.

Mon Ami Gabi

Paris Las Vegas · Center Strip

Not every romantic dinner needs a tasting menu. Mon Ami Gabi's sidewalk patio faces the Bellagio fountains across the boulevard, and it's one of the few front-row Strip views you can get at a casual French bistro price. OpenTable lists it at $31 to $50 a person. Order a bistro classic and a glass of wine and stay for a few fountain shows.

Here's the catch: the patio is first come, first served, so you can reserve a table but not a patio seat. Go early or at an off hour. Dinner runs from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. There's breakfast every day from 7 to 11 a.m. and brunch Friday to Sunday, and a morning patio table is a wonderful low-key date. For the race on November 21, 2026, patio chairs are being sold as an event at $175 per chair plus food.

Partage

Chinatown · Spring Mountain Road

Partage is where locals take someone they want to impress, a short drive west of the Strip on Spring Mountain Road. It's a French restaurant built around seasonal tasting menus that change every month. Its OpenTable listing shows five, seven and nine courses at $130, $160 and $210, with wine pairings from $60. That's a fraction of a Strip tasting menu for the same sense of occasion. Le Club, its champagne bar, pours more than 80 champagnes, so start there.

Partage is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5 to 9:30 p.m. and asks for business casual. Next door, Grand Cru by Partage runs an even more intimate seven-course French dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. Parking is limited, so take a rideshare, which also means nobody has to skip the wine pairing.

Esther's Kitchen

Arts District · Downtown Las Vegas

Esther's Kitchen is the date night for couples who'd rather share three pastas and a bottle of wine than sit through 12 courses. The Arts District Italian restaurant earned a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest, Michelin's nod to excellent food at a good value, which makes it the smart pick when you want a great dinner without a tasting-menu bill.

Dinner runs every night from 5 to 11 p.m., with lunch on weekdays and brunch on weekends. Dress is casual. Pair it with First Friday in the Arts District (the next ones are November 6 and December 4, 2026) or a walk past the neighborhood's galleries, vintage shops and murals. It's one of the easiest ways to show a visitor the Las Vegas that locals love.

Worth a Mention

  • é by José Andrés (The Cosmopolitan): one Michelin star in 2026 and only eight seats at a counter, with an experimental 15-course tasting menu. Bookings open a month ahead by email and go fast. It's the most intimate dinner in the city if you can get in.
  • L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon (MGM Grand): one Michelin star, counter seating facing the kitchen. A great "fun" fine-dining date.
  • SW Steakhouse (Wynn) and Prime (Bellagio): both made Yelp's 2026 romantic list. SW faces the Lake of Dreams and Prime faces the Bellagio fountains. Details are in my steakhouse guide.
  • Beauty & Essex (The Cosmopolitan): the restaurant hidden behind a pawn-shop front made Yelp's list too. It's better for a playful, social date than a quiet one.
Closed or changed: Picasso at Bellagio closed in 2024 and is now Carbone Riviera. Lakeside at Wynn closed in 2024 and is now PISCES. Le Cirque at Bellagio closed for good after dinner on August 23, 2026. Bellagio says a new concept will open in that space in mid-2027. Crush at MGM Grand closed in September 2026. If an older guide sends you to any of these, it's out of date.

Luna's anniversary rule

"Put the occasion in the reservation notes, then don't mention it again. The best Vegas restaurants notice, and a surprise feels far more romantic than a reminder."

How to Plan the Perfect Vegas Date Night

  1. Pick the view, then the time. The Fountains of Bellagio typically run every 30 minutes in the afternoon and every 15 minutes from 8 p.m. to midnight, so a later table at a fountain-view restaurant means more shows. For Top of the World, book just before sunset.
  2. Book early for the big names. Michelin-starred rooms, chef's tables and weekend tables at view restaurants fill up weeks ahead. é opens bookings a month out. Holidays and Valentine's Day go even faster.
  3. Request, don't assume, the best seat. Window and terrace tables are almost always requests, and some patios (Mon Ami Gabi, PISCES) are first come, first served. Arriving early is the most reliable trick.
  4. Write the occasion in the notes. Anniversary, birthday or proposal. Restaurants can plan a candle on dessert, a quieter table or help with a ring hand-off if you call ahead.
  5. Dress to the restaurant's code. Several picks list formal or business-professional attire. When in doubt, dress up one level. Nobody has ever regretted looking too good on date night.
  6. Watch the calendar. F1 race week (November 19 to 21, 2026) brings road closures, special menus and higher demand around Paris, Bellagio and Caesars. My Las Vegas Grand Prix guide has the closures.
  7. Plan the ride. Rideshare pickup lines can be long after 10 p.m. Leave a little buffer, especially if you've booked something after dinner.

After Dinner: Romantic Ways to End the Night

A great dinner deserves a great finish. These are easy add-ons near the restaurants above:

  • A fountain walk. Free, iconic and right outside Carbone Riviera, Eiffel Tower Restaurant and Mon Ami Gabi.
  • The Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck. Go up after dinner at Paris for a 360-degree view: check current price.
  • A High Roller cabin with a drink. The Happy Half Hour ride at The LINQ adds drinks to the 30-minute ride: check current price.
  • A helicopter flight over the Strip. The big anniversary or proposal move, flying low over the lights: see the night flight.
  • A late cocktail or a club. If your date wants to dance, my best Las Vegas nightclubs guide has the nights, and you can request a VIP table for a celebration.

A tasting menu turns dinner into the whole evening, which is the point on an anniversary.

Date Night Safety Tips

Most of these restaurants are anniversary territory, but if you're meeting someone newer, a few simple habits keep the night easy and safe:

  • Meet at the restaurant rather than sharing a ride or a hotel room number on an early date.
  • Tell a friend where you're going and when you expect to be home, and keep your phone charged.
  • Get your own ride home and keep an eye on your drink. Casino bars are busy places.
  • Pace the wine pairing. Tasting menus can include six to nine pours. Ask for half pours or share one pairing.
  • Talk about the bill before you book a splurge, so nobody is surprised by a $400-a-person tasting menu.
